This course is designed to meet the specific needs of your company in fulfilling the AS 9100:2009 Rev. C and aerospace specific requirements for competent, knowledgeable, and well trained internal audits and helping your company be better prepared for future registrar audits. AS9101 D defines the new requirements for 3rd party audits which can and should also be used for your company’s future internal audits. AS9101 D defines an entirely new audit process with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Continual Process Improvements. The course was developed by a RABQSA and IAQG AATT certified AS9100 Revision C auditor.

Based on the AS9101 D Quality Management Systems Audit Requirements for Aviation, Space and Defense Organizations this course describes audit and auditor requirements as well as all the steps of an AS9100 audit; from audit planning through closing meetings and follow-ups on corrective actions. Significant attention is given to developing and using a “Process Approach” as required by the standard. Each course may be customized using real company processes and examples.
