This course will help explain the requirements in AS9100C and AS9101D for determining your company's core processes as required in clause 4.1 of the standard. This course is designed to help you simplify and define your core processes so that your organization understands what your quality management system is without using ISO, AS or quality terms. We will explain how to simplify your internal audits by using a process approach and provide a roadmap for performing process audits.

This course will cover the tools of PEAR and turtle diagrams and how the PEAR will be used by the certification body auditors, and how they should be used by your organization and internal auditors. Understanding the PEAR, it’s purpose and how it is used.
