Megan joined simpleQuE as Project Manager, coordinating all consulting projects, as well as, sales and business support services. She interfaces directly with consultants and clients to ensure assignments and commitments are achieved on-time and professionally. Megan is a lifelong learner, making it her mission to learn each aspect of the manufacturing and quality business.
A goal oriented, committed, team-minded professional, Megan has 19 years of experience in office management and customer service. She was with a Certification Body – Smithers Quality Assurance (SQA) for eight years, where she excelled as Operations Support Coordinator.
While at SQA she developed her knowledge of quality and environmental certification in the areas of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS/IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and AS9100. Megan’s responsibilities included review of audit packages, audit scheduling, document control, standard specific websites, quoting, report generation and other quality related tasks.

Megan also worked at Adjust-Post Lighting Co./Divcom Lighting – a manufacturer of outdoor lighting products. During those 13 years she progressed in responsibilities and experience from Office Clerk, to Shipping Scheduler, and finally to EDI Coordinator. In that position she handled orders and invoices from retailers – importing and invoicing up to 500 orders daily. Customer relations and knowledge of their specific requirements was a key focus for Megan then as it is today.
