The AIAG Core tools are an important, integral and dynamic planning tool that is demanded in the Automotive Industry.
Our workshop based training class is a thought-out, easy-to-understand, hands-on training that incorporates the why’s of doing the Core Tools with the how’s of doing it. Attendees learn to make control plans using AIAG standard forms and practices, design FMEA’s, process FMEA’s, Gauge R&R studies, and best practices for PPAP packages. Other tools are discussed for Honda and Toyota, as appropriate. We also offer these Core Tool classes individually. Please contact us for a quote.

ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor Training (With the process audit approach and planned 2015 changes) – October 27, 2015 – October 28, 2015

The course is applicable for both new internal auditors as well as internal auditors with past experience that just want to improve their skills. Based on the ISO19011 Guidance for Quality and Environmental Auditing this course describes internal auditor skill requirements as well as all the steps of an internal audit; from audit planning through closing meetings and follow-ups on corrective actions. Significant attention is given to developing and using a “Process Approach” as required by the standard. Each course is customized using real company processes and examples. The course includes actual internal audits of key areas of your company. The final audit report can be used as partial fulfillment of your company’s requirement for an internal audit.
