SimpleQuE Inc. (“SimpleQuE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. SimpleQuE is the data controller, as defined by applicable law, and is responsible for this website.
This Notice describes the types of information we collect from and about you when you visit our website (including its mobile-optimized version) or otherwise interact with us online or in person. By using our website, you consent to the data practices described in this Notice. If you do not, please do not use the website.
- Information We Collect
We collect personal information from a few different sources, depending on how you interact with us:
Information you give us through our website or directly

When you use our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address and approximate geographic region, your browser type, operating system, and device information, the pages you visit, what you click on, what you search for, your access times and how long you stay, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies. We use this information to measure how our website is used and to help administer and improve it.

- Deliver the consulting, auditing, training, ongoing support, webinars, and free courses you or your employer request.

Use of Cookies
Our website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your device, and a cookie is uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued it. One of the main purposes of cookies is to save you time and make your visit more convenient. A cookie can tell the web server that you have returned to a particular page; for example, if you register with SimpleQuE or sign up to receive information from us, a cookie helps us recognize you and recall information you previously provided so you do not have to re-enter it. Some cookies also help us understand how visitors use our website and support our marketing and advertising, including through third party analytics, advertising, and social media technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, our email marketing provider, and social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube). You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings, although some features of our website may not work properly if you choose to do so.
- How We Disclose Your Information
We may share your personal information as described in this section. We disclose information to service providers and contractors that perform business, professional, or technical functions for us, such as website hosting and IT, analytics, email and marketing, and customer relationship management. These providers may access personal information only as needed to perform services for us or to comply with law, and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also share information with successor entities if SimpleQuE is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, in which case the successor will be bound by this Notice or will give you notice.
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense: we do not exchange it or our customer lists for money, and we do not rent or lease them. We use common analytics and advertising cookies and pixels that share online identifiers with the relevant providers, and some US state privacy laws may treat that activity as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” We share personal information only in the ways described in this Notice, and only with the categories of recipients identified here. To the extent any applicable law grants you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information or of targeted advertising, you may exercise that right by contacting us using the details in the “How to Exercise Your Rights” section, and by using the privacy or cookie controls made available through your browser or the relevant advertising or social media platforms.
SimpleQuE will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on SimpleQuE or our website; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of SimpleQuE; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of SimpleQuE or the public. We may also disclose information as otherwise described to you in this Notice or at the time we collect your information.
- Children’s Information
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
- Retention of Your Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Notice, to meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. If you have opted out of our marketing emails, we keep your contact details on a suppression list so we can honor your opt-out going forward.
- How We Protect Your Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical measures intended to guard the personal information we gather from website visitors against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. That said, no website, network, or electronic storage system can be made entirely secure, so while we work hard to keep our systems protected, we cannot guarantee our security measures. Personal information is stored on our systems or those of our service providers, and access is limited to personnel and service providers who require it for the purposes described in this Notice.
- Your Rights
Depending on where you live and the United States privacy laws that apply to you, you may have one or more of the following rights:
- Right to access: the right to verify whether we process your personal information and to review the personal information we hold.
- Right to deletion: the right to ask us to delete personal information that you submitted to us or that we collected or otherwise obtained about you.

- Right to portability: the right to receive a copy of personal information in a portable and commonly used file format.
- Right to opt out of certain processing: the right to decline certain uses of personal information, including processing for: (i) targeted advertising, (ii) sales of personal information, or (iii) profiling that supports decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
- Right to understand and challenge profiling decisions: where personal information is used in profiling that contributes to decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, the right to ask about the outcome, receive information about the reasoning behind the decision, and, where feasible, learn what actions might have led to a different outcome and what steps could be taken in the future. This also includes the right to review the personal information used in the profiling and, if inaccurate data affected the decision, to have the information corrected and the decision reconsidered using the corrected data.
- Right to non-discrimination: the right to be free from discriminatory treatment for exercising the privacy rights described in this Notice.
- Right to obtain a list of third party disclosures: the right to receive a list identifying the specific third parties to whom we disclosed personal information.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing the same address.

Our website may link to other websites and services (such as LinkedIn, YouTube, or certification body websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. Please review their privacy policies before sharing personal information with them.
