With more than 30 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, and certification, including conducting ISO 9001 audits for a certification body, Barb brings exceptional expertise and dedication to everything she does.

She has an incredible ability to keep our operations running at their very best, all while making it look effortless. What is your position and what do you do for simpleQuE?  

As Director of Operations, I focus on keeping our daily operations running smoothly. I team up with our project manager, training manager and consultants to keep our inside sales, training, and auditing projects running smoothly and on schedule. I also manage our ISO 9001:2015 QMS, and track the core operational metrics that indicate how we’re doing and where we can grow.

How long have you worked for simpleQuE?

Wow,10 years! I started on October 31, 2016, and the time has absolutely flown by!

Client satisfaction is pinnacle to your background. What are your client-focused approaches to simpleQuE? 

I prioritize prompt, personalized communication by addressing client questions directly over the phone. While email is convenient, I believe a real conversation builds stronger partnerships and delivers better support.

Explain how simpleQuE is different from their competition

We look beyond the one-size-fits-all approach. Every company is unique, so we never force our clients into cumbersome management systems they do not need. Instead, we listen closely to their specific goals and build a simple, effective system tailored to work for them.  Think of SimpleQuE as an extension of your own team, not as an outside observer.

What is the best advice you ever received?

If you’re waiting for the perfect time to start you will be waiting forever

What is your favorite thing to do?

I spend time with my grandchildren, but a beach vacation is a close second

What would be the title of your autobiography? 

Sandy Toes and Steady Heart

If you were an animal what would you be?

Maybe a chameleon as I would rather blend in instead of having all the attention on me as in this spotlight!
