Course Overview:

COMING SOON!

This course is designed to help your company develop competent, knowledgeable, and effective internal auditors for ISO 9001:2026. It is appropriate for new internal auditors, experienced auditors who want to improve their skills, and audit teams preparing to transition from ISO 9001:2015 to ISO 9001:2026.

Based on ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 19011 guidance for auditing management systems, this course explains the internal audit process from planning through reporting, closing meetings, and corrective action follow-up. It also addresses recent ISO 9001:2026 changes, including Annex SL-driven wording changes, revised requirements, quality culture and ethical behavior, clearer risk and opportunity planning, strengthened change management, and updated expectations for internal audit planning.

Significant attention is given to the process approach, including how to audit actual processes, process interactions, inputs, outputs, risks, opportunities, performance measures, responsibilities, and effectiveness. Portions of this training were developed by a former president of a registrar, former owner of an accreditation body, and certified auditors, and have been used by registrars to train auditors on process-based auditing.

Each course is customized using your company’s processes, examples, and documentation. The course includes hands-on learning exercises and practice audits of selected areas of your company. These audit activities may support your internal audit program when aligned with your audit schedule, scope, and objectives.
